The outcome of Game Plan is purpose, a magnetic reputation and crystal clear mind on the direction your going, the competition you face and the value you add.

Step 2 - Routine

Routine is about creating and embedding habits for success – the everyday patterns that keep you focused on the most high value tasks that drive constant improvement and results. Routine is also the key to striking a healthy balance between work and everything else – spending time with family, staying fit, going on holiday, and more. The outcome is a system that drives your pursuit of excellence in work and life. The best professionals in the world have a daily process that drives the personal and team pursuit of excellence. A network is far more than the people outside the business. On top of your new blue-chip network you need to recruit a high quality crew of supporters in every part of your life. This includes your team-members, peers and senior executives in your organisation as well as your family at home. This step is all about giving and adding value to others—the more you give to others, the more they will flourish and the business will succeed with you guiding the way forward. Remember the more advocates you earn through your actions, the more you are to becoming a respected senior executive.

Step 4 - Assets

Assets are what you bring to the table, they are the combination of your skills, experience, connections and frameworks. With so many brilliant executives in the market you need to ensure your technical and cognitive skills are always on the cutting edge. It’s often the key to cutting through the office politics and workplace bureaucracy that artificially curb success. The key to rebuilding is doing it with a strategy and through the most time effective methods. The world is in information overload and it is easier than ever to learn at rapid rates of knots. The brutal truth now is that if you’re not learning you’re actually going backwards relative to your peers.

Step 5 - Track Record

Our final step builds on all the work already done to lock in a bullet-proof track record of success. Even if you don’t want to be in the executive these steps will help you make an impact, rise above politics and bureaucracy, increase the mastery of your craft and give you back your life.

  • A role like mine is, many times, exhausting, conflicting, confusing and huge. Greg helps me cut through the maize, to see more clearly, in the middle of so many issues, what is important and where my focus must lay. He is an integral part of helping Bravehearts make Australia the safest place in the world to raise a child. I can not speak to highly of his capacity to cut through the forest of issues and find the tree of hope.
